connecting the dots

I am just about to wrap up another rabbit in progress and noticed this india ink doodle (below), drawn specifically during this time in 2018.  

What does this mean?  Am I ready to leap directly into summer?  Most definitely.  

More importantly, though, I am so intrigued by the artist's consciousness.  Has this idea been buried somewhere within my mind for a year?  At the time that I doodled the below image, I never gave it a second thought.

side note: I create digital copies of everything.  Most of the time I wonder why.  In this case, I am so glad I did.  It gives me a lot to ponder regarding my creative process.
