12 Days of Christmas

Let's create a MOVEment.
Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, let's DO something.

For those of you who are experiencing winter and shorter days, this is for you.
For those of you who feel like there isn't room for the slightest adjustment in your schedule, this is for you.
For those of you who are beginning to feel any possible "negative effects" of the upcoming holiday season, this is for you.

And, of course, if you aren't experiencing any of these things, THIS CAN STILL BE for you.
We'd love to see your spin on things.

Similar to any of my challenges, anyone can benefit.

This is for anyone who wants to set an intention to slow down (just a bit) and to experience being present for a few minutes every day.

It's amazing how straying off course for just a few minutes a day can add more sunshine and warmth (and time) to life.

How it works:

1. Decide when your 12 days is going to start.
2. On DAY 1, choose an item to do on the list.
3. Continue in this manner until you have completed all 12 items.

OPTIONAL:
Those of you who know me, know I am sucker for "documentation".  The easiest way I know how to do this is to take a photo.  You may have others.  If you choose to use social media use the hashtags #12daysofchristmas #createeveryday #creativecommitment.  Let us know you are out there documenting so that we can join in on the fun.

Put a kick in your (creative) step.

This is not for artists (but it can be).  There is nothing artistic about this (so there).

Now, come on, who wants to play?
Grab a friend (if this helps) and let's go!
