I now know that I am a valuable and contributing person because 

I. am. living. my truth.  

There is nothing that feels better to me than this.  

I cannot emphasize how liberating this is.

Yes, spin outs still happen.  But the spin out is all the old shit.  It's all the shoulds and programming.  

It's all the other stuff.  

It's not me.  

And, most days, this bullshit doesn't have traction any more. 

And, I am truly grateful for this.
