painting studies

I had the whiff of an idea, inspiration come to me yesterday after one month of pounding the pavement looking near, far, high and low for something, anything.  It's still percolating and I want to commit to giving this process all the time it needs.  There is nothing worthwhile about forced "production".  In the meantime, painting studies... and more movement towards something...
