giving credit where credit is due

One thing is for sure:

For the past several years I have been teaching,

I have shown up consistently for my art and creativity.

Maybe there hasn't been much significance in my accomplishments but just as a continuous drop of water eventually creates a small pool in a rock,

I can only hope my drops of efforts will create a pool for me to rest inside.

A short lived avalanche of water won't make a mark.

Consistent drops of water will.
