reflection



It is guaranteed and never fails (as much as I try to convince myself otherwise):  I need time and space to sit, think, reflect.  I can lose ALL perspective without this (within minutes).  Why do I put myself in a position to go without?  Usually one day alone (mid week) will rejuvenate me.  In this space and time, I am experiencing Day 4 of sitting and I could keep going...  
Reflection gives me perspective.  
This is as necessary to me as breath.
