Hello Friends!  I am so excited to launch my new project!  

I have always been a junkie for journaling, writing and personal growth exercises (especially ones I can do under a cozy afghan with a cup of tea or a glass of wine in the comfort of my own home).  I find it fascinating to learn more about myself at different points and times during my life.  I also believe in the power of completing an inner "house cleaning" on a regular basis.  You can read more about my thoughts on this here.

I have put together a collection of writing prompts spread over the course of fourteen days (that's two weeks).  Each day includes one or two writing prompts (sometimes list making is required, oh! columns too).  These exercises shouldn't take more than 20 minutes a day.  

These writing prompts are compiled into a text only PDF that, with your purchase, will be sent to your in-box.  Although you will have access to all fourteen days, I recommend pacing yourself in order to receive the gifts of letting ideas and thoughts marinate.  It is also important to complete them in the order they are listed as they are created to leave you with positive thoughts and feelings regarding you and your process for the remainder of the day.

What will you learn?  Gain?  Come to understand?  Only you will be able to answer this upon completing the two weeks.  Of course, I think anyone will benefit.  And just as with anything else, what you put into it will be what you get out of it.  In other words, you will grow what you reap (and the thought of THIS can be exciting if you have more clarity).
